in the western part of Germany, directly at the Rhine river.
Many hotspots of culture are waiting for the visitor. In my opinion the "Medienhafen" is
the most impressive attraction. International architectures like Steven Holl, David Chipperfield or
Frank O. Gehry have created artfull buildings. The mix of old an new architecture makes the port unique.
One of the towns landmarks are the "Zollhäuser" builded by Frank O. Gehry. Another famous building is the
Roggendorf building with the "Flossi" figures.
