E g y p t - C a i r o a n d t h e D e s e r t T o u r
Egypt again... Six years ago in 2019 I made a Nile cruise ship tour. On this way I saw a lot of old famous temples and locations along the Nile river like Luxor or Assuan.
Now in 2025 I started a Desert and Oasisis tour. The first two days I spend in the capital Cairo. I visited the pyramids at Gizeh, the new Grand Egypt Museum and the old islamic part of Cairo with all this fantastic mosques.
On the 3rd day the Deserttour started. From Cairo by bus nearly 400 km in south-west direction to the oasis Bahariya. Next day we changed the bus against Toyota 4x4 jeeps. Now we spend 3 days in the Lybian Desert: the Black Desert - the Chrystal Mountain - the Agabat Valley and the famous White Desert. All together are a beautiful and unique landscape. After the deserts I visited the small cities of Dakhla and Kharga. The tour ends again at Luxor with the Valley of the Kings, Luxor- and Karnak temple.
